Space is limited, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your investment.

All double rooms are upstairs suites with:

• two queens beds
• a living room/relaxing area
• private deck with ocean & garden views

Rates do not include air transportation.

Double Occupancy (shared rooms) are two people per room.  This rate reflects a per person rate. If you plan on participating in the program with a family member or friend, and wish to room together, please select the above option. Then pay with one transaction or separately. If you pay separately, email us at andrew@andrewholecek.com and inform us about your desire to room together. If you are coming alone and register for a shared room, we will assign you a roommate (of the same sex).

Refund Policy - A 50% refund of the total paid (less $500) will be available until September 1, 2023. Due to our hotel contractual obligation, no credit or refund is available after September 1, 2023; or if you do not show up or leave the event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.

As always with international travel, travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Squaremouth travel insurance website allows you to easily get quotes from a number of insurance providers and it offers FAQs regarding COVID travel insurance issues. Some insurance policies will cover the cost of the retreat as well as flights.
